Here are two delicious and nutritious no added sugar, no-bake energy bite recipes that are perfect for busy moms:

Recipe 1: Coconut Coffee Energy Bite

Coconut Coffee Energy Bite

Ingredients: 

  • 350g Pitted Dates
  • 62g Wholegrain Oats
  • 62g Almond Flour
  • 1 TBL Coconut Oil
  • 1 TBL Instant Coffee
  • Desiccated Coconut

Ingredients: 

Mix all dry ingredients together in a food processor and blend until mixed. Slowly pour in the coconut oil and mix for another 30 seconds. Once done roll in desiccated coconut and store in the fridge until required.

Recipe 2: Raspberry Cocoa Energy Bites

Raspberry Cocoa Energy Bites

Ingredients: 

  • 350g Pitted Dates
  • 62g Wholegrain Oats
  • 62g Almond Flour
  • 1 TBL Coconut Oil
  • 1 TBL Cocoa Powder
  • Freeze Dried Raspberry Powder

Ingredients: 

Mix all dry ingredients together in a food processor and blend until mixed. Slowly pour in the coconut oil and mix for another 30 seconds. Once done roll in your freeze dried raspberry powder and store in the fridge until required.
